Daily Tip #1
Drink 2-3 liters of water a day. It keeps you fuller for longer and you get your full dose of hydration needed to replenish your body. I always have a jumbo sized cup my school provides and get water with every meal/snack

Busssyyyy busy day yesterday. Did zumba in the afternoon, had class, drew for a couple of hours with some chill new people outside and then went dancing at the local bar for my friwnds birthday- dancing is definitely one of my favorite exercises; everyone should shake their goodies at least once a week in my opinion!
